Terms and privacy

Updated 2026. This document describes the terms on which GetMoney hands over products and how it treats visitor data.

1. Products and license

The buyer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use and modify the product in their business, including source code, database schema, translations and documentation. Reselling or distributing the source code as a standalone product is not allowed. Exclusive terms are arranged in a separate contract.

2. Handover and support

The scope, timeline and price are fixed in writing before payment. The purchase price includes setup on the buyer's server and 30 days of fixes after launch. Further support is paid separately as agreed.

3. Third-party services

Products rely on external services (payment networks, AI models, email, maps). The buyer obtains keys and agreements with those services; the studio is not responsible for their availability or pricing.

4. Visitor data

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Messages from the contact form and the chat (name, contact, text, IP address, time) are stored to reply to you and are not shared with third parties except notification delivery services (email, Telegram) and, for the chat, the language model provider, which receives the conversation text without any profile of yours. Interface language and chat history live in your browser.

5. Data removal

To delete your messages, write to hello@getmoney.studio: we remove them within 7 days.
